Two Additions to the Popular GuardianR Batch Blender Series

Process Control Corporation is proud to announce the expansion of our popular Guardian?Gravimetric Batch Blender Series with the introduction of 1.25 kg and 2.5 kg models featuring segmented multi hoppers. Holding up to four (1.25 kg) or six (2.5 kg) ingredients, the new multi hopper designs are similar to those of the larger 5 kg and 12 kg models and feature fast-acting V-gate discharge valves for each ingredient and an integral loading platform. Previously, the 1.25 kg and 2.5 kg Guardian?were available only with removable material hoppers, making it difficult and costly to retro-fit them into certain applications where vacuum loading equipment was already in place.
The new integral loading platform increases the inherent cost savings provided by retro-fitting a Guardian?precision blender onto a production line by allowing processors to use their existing vacuum receivers and loading equipment. Designed to accommodate throughputs from 177-820 PPH and handle materials ranging from pellets and regrinds to non-flowing powders and liquids, the 1.25 kg and 2.5 kg Guardian?Gravimetric Batch Blenders with Multi-Hoppers carry on the Guardian?tradition of unparalleled precision blending and end-user cost savings.
