Prices will increase by 0.2 Euro/kg to 0.5 Euro/kg depending on grades and solvent dilution levels. This price increase has been forced mainly by the significant rising cost of key raw materials: acid chlorides and solvent.
Unsaturated Polyester Resins (UPR) market
Used as thermoset curing agents, the price increase will cover the following Organic Peroxide ranges:
Ketone Peroxide = +0.15 Euro/kg
BPO paste = +0.15 Euro/kg
It will concern all customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This price increase has been forced mainly by the significant rising cost of key raw materials: dimethyl phthalate, di-isobutyl phthalate.
Crosslinking (XL) market
Used as crosslinking agents, the price increase will cover the following Organic Peroxide products:
Dicumyl Peroxide = +0.20 Euro/kg
Dicumyl Peroxide formulations = +0.10 Euro/kg
Tert-butyl Cumyl Peroxide = +0.20 Euro/kg
It will concern all customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This price increase has been forced mainly by the significant rising cost of cumene, which is the main raw material used for the production of these products.
