Dow Europe GmbH Announces Price Increase for Polypropylene Resins and INSPIRE Performance Polymers
January 23 , 2006
HORGEN -- The current prices for DOW Polypropylene Resins and INSPIRE™ Performance Polymers do not allow for acceptable margins for Dow in today's market conditions. This is due to the strong demand, as well as the rising material and energy prices. Based on this situation, Dow Europe GmbH is announcing a price increase of 100 Euro per metric ton for all its polypropylene resins and INSPIRE Performance Polymers. This price increase is effective February 1, 2006.
