Unveiled at the Fakuma in October of last year, the new HM model with 400 t clamping force has attracted wide-spread interest among customers. At this year's KMO in hall 21, booth number E3/E4, Battenfeld is therefore showing an interesting application on an HM 400/2250 Unilog B4 equipped with an R 10 S robot for parts removal. The second exhibit on display is a machine from Bat-tenfeld's TM series of modular toggle machines.
The new HM: the shortest injection molding machine on the market
Machines from the HM series represent ultimate precision, optimal accessibility and a short footprint. This new model is the shortest horizontal injection molding machine on the market, thanks to its extremely compact design and modest space require-ments. It also offers an extremely generous mold space and scores extra points with the largest diagonal distance between tie-bars in its clamping force class.
The TM series of modular toggle machines offers efficient manufacturing equipment for a great variety of applications in the 50 to 650 t clamping force range. Die TM series is noted for its great reliability and production safety combined with user-friendliness. It is available in 11 clamping force sizes with injection units to match and a choice of 15 different screw diameters.
