Americhem, Inc Acquires Color and Additive Technologies, Inc

Americhem, Inc., a leader in the production of custom color, single pigment, and additive masterbatches for the plastics industry, announced that it has completed the acquisition of Color and Additive Technologies, Inc. (C.A.T.) of Dalton, Georgia. The purchase, which was completed in early December, includes all of the assets currently held by C.A.T.

C.A.T. operates a modern 90,000 square foot Dalton facility that focuses on the production of color and additive products and technological solutions for fibers, film, and nonwoven applications.
As one of the world's largest privately owned masterbatch producers, Americhem operates eight manufacturing plants worldwide in addition to corporate research and development facilities and world headquarters in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. The company also maintains representative sales offices across Europe, Asia, and North America.
