HORGEN -- Effective 1 November 2006, or as contract terms allow, Dow Epoxy will increase prices for its epoxy resins in Europe (including Turkey). This price increase is in addition to the previously announced October increase.

The increases are as follows:

Solid Epoxy Resins D.E.R. 600 series 100 Euro / MT

Solid Solution Epoxy Resins D.E.R. 600 series 100 Euro / MT

Liquid Epoxy Blends D.E.R. 300 series 100 Euro / MT

Epoxy Novolac Resins D.E.N.™ 400 series 100 Euro / MT
