FRIEDRICHSHAFEN -- Husky Injection Molding Systems has announced the opening of its new Vienna sales office. Sales activities, service management, project coordination and customer training are among the offerings at the new facility, which will serve as a gateway to Central and Eastern Europe, and will be headed by Christian Kapsamer, Husky's General Manager, Central Europe.
"Our new office allows us to provide localized service, in local languages, to a broad and rapidly growing region," said Milan Cvjetkovic, Husky's Vice President of Service and Sales for Central and Eastern Europe, as well as the Middle East. "It brings us within easy reach of our key accounts, and allows us to maximize customer support - a primary component of every Husky sale."
In addition to Austria, Husky's Vienna office will service Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Macedonia, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Turkey.
"Vienna has consistently acted as a bridge between east and west," Kapsamer said. "With our new office we are conveniently located in the heart of the rapidly expanding economies of Central and Eastern Europe."
