Netstal China Big Order Secured from Company Tingsheng in China

The Tingsheng enterprise domiciled in Tainjin and belonging to the Ting Hsin International Group has entrusted Netstal with an order for the complete supply and installation of twelve injection moulding machines for the production of closures for beverage bottles. Ting Hsin, better known under the name of Master Kong, ranks among China's biggest food producers.
With 96 cavities the largest production system of this type in China
Each of the twelve Netstal machines of the SynErgy range with a clamping force of 4200 kN and equipped with a 96-imp. mould from Switzerland produces more than 70,000 closures per hour. With the resulting additional 2 million closures per day the new plant to be installed this January is no doubt the biggest of its type in China. At its locations of Tianjin and Hangzhou Tingsheng has already been operating a considerable number of Netstal injection moulding machines for several years. The company is one of the biggest moulders of bottle closures in China.
