Dow Europe GmbH Announces Price Increase for Polypropylene Resins
Dec 20, 2006
HORGEN -- Current prices for polypropylene resins, relative to costs, do not provide acceptable margins for Dow at a time when demand remains strong. Based on this situation, Dow Europe GmbH will increase prices for its DOW Polypropylene Resins and INSPIRE™ Performance Polymers.
Effective January 1, 2007, or as contract terms allow, Dow is announcing a price increase of 50 Euro per metric ton for all its polypropylene resins and INSPIRE Performance Polymers.
